You will be flying into small regional airports with small and narrow runways.
I hope you have good First Officers at air arrann because here at Aurigny some of my FOs (not all of them, thanks god) are extremely bad !! they just can't land the aircraft and after their heavy landing they tell me " the ATR72 is a difficult A/C to land" but I immediately answer them "is it the A/C or is it the F/O ??"
Also, another problem with some of my F/Os at Aurigny is that they have a very poor CRM !!! They are just F/O and they don't seem to understand that the captain is THE boss onboard, and so the one who takes the final decision is the captain and not them !!! They make some amazing approach (3 reds seen o 4 white sometimes !!!).
Anyway, Some other captain are crap also ! but hey, everything depends on EXPERIENCE !!!
