My thoughts exactly, this is the real issue and should be discussed and made aware to all pilots.
Do you guys not see whats happening?? instead of moaning about posting a letter or not focus on the issue and get people to join balpa and stop this "thin end of a very large wedge".
Its too late to start complaining when english bases start shrinking because these new "cheaper bases" can do the job for less money...
