Luton needs to be very careful about driving corporate aviation away...Gulfstream consider Cambridge or Southend which are not (and are unlikely to be) bunged up with the plague of the loco airlines
LTN is
not "...driving corporate aviation away", the stage of coordination to be adopted for GA is still voluntary in that there's no penalty for operating outside the agreed slot. Neither Cambridge nor Southend are viable alternatives to LTN (or STN), both of which are 24/7 Category 3 equipped airfields.
