Flight dispatcher
A couple of years ago I had an interview with a ground handling company for a dispatch job and wasnt successful. I now have an interview next week with another handling company for a dispatch job and am really trying to prepare well for it. Thing is I was remembering all the questions I was asked before and where I possibly went wrong and a big one is when you're asked your strengths but then asked what your weaknesses are too. Does anyone have a decent answer to this, I at least know not to say 'I dont have any!' but any advice would be welcome, especially anyone whos been interviewed for a dispatch job who could shed some light on the type of questions they were asked!
