The TB20 POH, under Airspeed Calibration, gives

120kt: IAS=120 CAS=120.5
150kt: IAS=150 CAS=151

This doesn't appear to support a -5kt correction factor.

The avionics shop used a big yellow DRUCK box for the test, which appears to be fairly standard.
