Not having receipts after audit shouldn't be a problem as once you have been audited it's the responsibility of the auditor (normally the T&S budget holder) to keep your receipts for the mandatory period.
Don't fancy the smell of the filing cabinet with your 5 year old foosty sandwich wrapper in it.
