Actually, this profit share has been locked in for a 3 year period so it will not change in that time regardless of profit figure.
Additionally, this formula pays more money for any profit margin, vs old formula, until you get to about 14% or so. Even then, the difference is not that great.
I know we all want to see the cloud in this profit share silver lining...well there aint any!
