Dispatch isn't a good place to start as most company's what you to have airport experiance, ie baggage or checkin. Look for jobs there first.
On the MAN Hand front
They are exactly the same as every other handling agent
Is very false, no massive turnover (like SAS or PSA) Dire customer service - i dont think so as they handle alot of adoc football flights/Private, with great customer service, nevermind there normal flights.
