now i really have to ask you in what galaxy you folks are living?! this company is paying for your rating and gives you money during rating/training and you complain
?!?! well, its not too much, but nobody forces you to join them and finally checked out the money they offer is not that bad. i remember the times, not a long time ago, when young pilots payed for the rating and thereafter payed for every hour they´ve been flying under supervision 50€!!! no salary, no flightpay, no per diems, nothing!!! things turned into good and will improve furthermore, you even fly a brand new bus....sowhat?!
