Every airport still has a Stevensons Screen - there's no other way that I know of getting accurate temperature readings.
The vast majority now get the temperature readings displayed on automated readouts via the electronic wizardry from the screen to the tower, giving temperature/dewpoint and relative humidity - amongst other things.
