Hey Flappy, I've never heard YOU that down before - don't sweat it! You made your choice for the IOM and all those advantages haven't gone away. The turmoil of the changes will be short and sour, and then all will become as it was; in fact given the supposed exodus, you'll probably end up with a command ON the IOM, there must be a lot of wrinklies about to retire!
