That's quite a claim, and almost certainly completely wrong. You only have
right to live and work in your country or countries of natonality - i.e. you have a passport for those countries. In some countries, you may have residence and work rights if your parents are from that country. Most countries have quite strict criteria for who can live and work in their territory. You need to research this.
