Definitely, this is the new cadet scheme. In addition, no multi engine time required.
I think we have seen the near end of the ME requirement if someone goes through this system, and I had to slug it out trying to fill my logbook with twin time and had to cross the 1500 hour mark just to get noticed by the airlines. Now 250 ?????
