Still riding pretty high out of the water, but seems a bit lower than in mid-2006... maybe some equipment has been fitted?
Back when the sale was first made public, my friends and I all agreed that she
would be used as a training carrier... despite the "commercial uses only" clause in the sale... and it appears that we were right.
Or is it that the "amusement park company" that "owns" her is just going to "contract to provide a ship for training PLAN pilots in ship-board flight operations", and she will never be officially added to the PLAN OOB?
