Not really. It may need an update of the driver for that joystick (from the manufacturer). However, pressing 2 buttons together may result in this action as normal. Why do you need to press the 2 buttons at the same time? My CH Flightstick Pro has this type of problem if I press the things in a particular way, only discovered by accident though!
Have you tried another joystick driver (eg Flightstick). What config is your joystick, does it have a throttle and the 4 way hat switch for viewing?
