There's a fairly neat little program called Ce6b which you can find on Tucows or on
www.palmplan.flyer.co.uk which is for the WinCE. The features are "Aviation E6b utilities and flight planning for Windows CE. Features include: Latitude-Longitude (Great circle and Rhumb line tracks); Wind triangle (Hdg/Gs, Trk/Gs, W/v, Crosswind-Headwind components); Fuel planning (Fuel consumption, Speed-Time-Distance); Weight and Balance (Take off/landing weight and centre of gravity); Altitude-Airspeed (Density alt, Pressure alt, True alt, TAS-RAS-MACH); Vertical navigation (Rate of climb, Top of climb, Rate of descent, Top of descent); Timer (stopwatch functions); Utilities (Logbook totaliser, Costing, Holding patterns, Critical point, Point of no return, Sunrise-Sunset); On-line help." It is a demo tho, not sure of the full program.
