i agree with fabbe_far as far as i know mpl is already certified by ICAO. as a matter of fact the first batch of mpl cadets will be produced by alteon in queensland australia. they had stated last nov or dec 2006 and it is also said that the students in the 1st batch is sponsored by diff chinese carriers.
