Travel benefits with EK are strictly for staff and their immediate family members - spouses, children, parents, siblings, and in-laws. I know of crew who find it hard to even get their stap dad/mum onto the staff rate. You can't substitute friend or boy/girlfriends as ticket holders, sadly.
