It works for me. As Background says if your normal phone bill is over £15 a month then your internet calls are free. If for example your 'phone bill is only, say, £10.50, then you will be charged for your internet calls until you reach £15. It's probably the only ISP that actually is free. As for the 4 minute disconnection, my dialler warns me with 30 seconds to go, so I just hit the refresh button.
