I've been with them scince they started and I've found the service to be generally fairly good.
At times the speed can be lower than Cossak has experienced, but most of the time it is not a problem.
Any inactivity over a certain time (like reading a long thread) will result in being disconnected. This can be annoying so to combat that I have got into the habit of hitting the browser back button and then the forward button immediately every few minutes.
