LB,

You put in the Autopilot and set the alarm. After a night cap you stroll back to the bunk. The designated hostie gives you a bath and massage before tucking you into bed for a good 9 hours sleep. You are woken up by a couple of the other girls climbing into the bunk with you and then when you have risen to the occasion you stroll back to the cockpit taking tips from the passengers, disengage the Autopilot and land.

Sorry, just woke up dribbling after a night T/R. Extra pilots, seats or bunks depending on the length of the flight. Usually split the rest, lots of rolling around looking at the ceiling. Some airlines just screen seats from the pax others have dedicated rest facilities. Either 2 Capts onboard or a designated F/O as cruise Capt runs the show when the demi-god is asleep.
