That's exactly why almost no gentlemen (or ladies) show up for the courses no more. EK pulled down the mask the last few years and it displayed an ugly, greedy and untrustworthy face, definitely not the one of a gentleman. Nicely reflected by AAR when he completely lost it as only one of eight newbees showed up lately. He was fuming and blamed everything and everyone but his miserable self and management.
