As a (former) school IT manager I'm interested in this as the little geniuses always tried to be one step ahead of the obstacles we put in place to control their Internet activities.
First, how can you tell the IP address of someone who is posting?
Could a school pupil using a school IT network working through a corporate firewall get around the excluded sites list (maintained by Research Machines in this case)?
