There is a NTSB prelimary report only on the the NTSB which states the investiagtion is under the jurisdiction of the FAA accredited Investigator in Tanzania, who, it would appear hasn't bothered to publish the report on the TCAA website. Makes you wonder why he bothered doing an investigation doesn't it?
