I whole heartedly agree
This area has always been small, but it is as ever the staffing levels that are the cause of delays, - is it ever manned by more than two customs officers as they now appear to be taking more attention of everyones passport? They do not appear to enforce the discipline of the sign directions - EU & Non EU which can result in long queues forming when both desks are 'highjacked' by Non EU !
N.B. you can't blame this one on the servicability of security hardware !
