Brain fade you will find that there has been no investment on new ground equipment for the last 6 years.This lack of investment has resulted in several serious injuries to staff yet it didn't bother anyone down at waterworld.It also doesnt help that edi had BA mainline baggage handlers who are very militant just like there colleagues in LHR and LGW.The customer service side has been short for a while yet the cmpany continued to give us more with less staff.It is the minions in waterworld who have been plotting to exit the regions for years regardless of the impact on the passengers or the business.They are wanting "London Airways" to focus on longhaul operations within 5 years whaich means no shorthaul flights.That will go down like a lead balloon with the many companies who currently have large corporate contracts with BA and require to fly from the regions.If wishy washy is aloud to continue down his current path then BA may find themselves hitting rock bottom before T5 opens.
