Don't be so touchy guys. Telling it how it is can sometimes hurt.
Yes I am an under achiever. Anybody that settles for below industry T's and C's when they could do better is no different to me. Period.
Jim French will work you to the bone and pay you the least he can. That's his job. Unfortunately my colleagues including myself have no backbone and we allow JF to get away with it.
Look at what he pays. It's a disgrace. He owns 9% of all the company shares. His staff 3,500 of them, own 10% between them. Work that one out!
Face up to reality. You and I have the worst employer in the industry. At least Ryanair (Another really bad employer) get paid for what they do.
