Would have to agree with
DesertHawk, there might be someone else who could
possibly do it better (go ahead and apply), but nobody has stepped up to the plate or has been able to convince those to pick the managers to install them. It has been my own experience based on working in a number of different companies that there is no shortage of individuals who start a cockpit conversation with "If I were in charge, I would . . . . " only to finish the same conversation with " . . . well, I couldn't because I am busy, you know, I got family and all that . . ."
Sanjay, besides being a gentleman aviator, pulls more than his own weight in his role.
