1. A new scheduling agreement has been negotiated. It is not what the rashers had but is a significant improvement over what the flybe pilots had and much more than the company had initially offered.
2. Yet to be decided - will be merged in accordance with BALPA best practice!!!!
3. Yes - significant uplift or pay protection for most - see nextgeneration website for details. All rashers will stay on current salaries with RPI uplift in April until they transfer to a flybe aircraft.
