Just to clear up a point. I did not post the open letter to MOL but felt it needed a wider audience. Sad as it my seem the culture at FR is one of crass management who seem to feel that efficient companies are run by a culture of mass intimidation and bullying. EJ now have a CEO who values and treats as his employees as assets and part of a team. Who will all pull together to ensure the continued success of the company. To assume that the continued success of FR is due to one man (MOL) is naive and arrogant. The long term success of any businness is a team effort with good people providing a good product. This delivers good profits. Look no further than Southwest as an example on how it can be done.
When a single inividual attributes all of a companies success to his obvious skill, interlect and his own man management skills then ultimately you have Ryanair.
