Absolutely agree Wx Man, Fly is a more difficult sim that FS2k. I have found with FS2k that it is possible, with the right panel, and confuguring both the sim and the panel, depending on what you use it will work well. Very well.
There is in fact a 767 by Eric Ernst that has the full lot including the o/head panel and a good flight panel. Everything works. Start-up is exact, as is everything else. For FS2k there is a small add-on required to fix the font details, otherwise it is a perfect example. All 3 a/lands work too.
One of the problems with FS2k has been Microsoft's inexact patches. But with a bit of effort you can make even that work correctly. You can get the B767 panel from
