Thatīs the problem, Jabal as you mention, Q.A. is feeding thousands of people, who wouldnīt be able to have a decent job back home, they known it ...and they abuse of this situation!!(expecially for cabin crew).
You think Q.A. is making Charity by hiring those poor people...
no way, but they known the theory of fear(wich is the one applicable here) is only working on those kind of people.
Interesting a few weeks ago i was ckecking both web site of Etihad and Q.A., where Etihad is organising a world wide cabin crew recruitment (europe,america,asia;africa,australia), Q.A is only recruiting(as usual) in asia and africa.
Why..the answer is obvious.
