Hary there would be no need for union representation and i am sure it would not even be mentioned were it not for mol and his band of henchmen who systematically abuse the pilot workforce to amass astronomical profits. We are not promoting union representation so that we each get a gold bar.we wnat to get fair pay for fair work for all grades of pilot and to work free of intimidation and fear.we cannot get that dealing directly with management,so we have to engage independent arbitration which is open to scrutiny. This is what we have been driven to.i would much rather not have to spend my time on this but i choose to try and make things better.not by running away to a "better" employer but by staying and fighting!for thos eof you who think that these antics will stop in ryanair, you are sadly deluding yourself!
paxboy this letter does resonate with those who work within ryanair.
egcc4284 the sad reality is that the friend of yours will stay on £600 per month for at least 2 years and maybe 3.In that time paying out for everything and paying back his type rating loan.
