Not for the 787 apparently. They need to widen and strnghten some of the taxiways and build bigger stands, but it is possible.

It is something to do with the 787's wing design, and the new RR engines that are supposed to be better at short runway operations.

If they wanted to expand even further, they would need to expand their runway. Unless they do have an airline that does what GSM are doing with the LPL - NYC and GLA - BOS flights, they are flying via an Irish airport (Knock in this case).
