The company is run by bullies and are sucked up to by people like Hary Carin who support the worst t's + c's in the industry (that is of course bearing in mind you know what the t's + c's are seeing as very few have a valid contract.)
Pay cut negotiations when the company has just announced record profits? Great why not sit back and take it up the a@=e..
Those that vote yes to a pay cut will only have yourselves to blame.
Evidence to back up the statement? Well look at the fr history, tea, coffee, water on board, uniforms, hotel at sim, loss of license, medical, car parking, id's, pensions for new starters etc etc.. all taken away and the pilots complained but in the end just accepted it!!!!
Isn't it time you guys said NO? Enough is enough! Do not vote for a pay cut! There is nothing left to take but your wages, and now they're trying it!!
