FAA Instruction in the UK

Hi rudestuff,

I think you will find the following is the case;

That it is fine for an FAA only qualified FI to do bi-annuals for FAA qualified PPLs in the UK, and indeed in a 'G' registered aeroplane.

To give instruction to a student pilot leading to the initial issue of a new PPL can also be carried out in a 'G' reg aeroplane, but requires that the instructor should be dual qualified.

Broomstick.
