For those interested, the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network, have recently released this document

Must admit, I havn't read it all yet, but from past experience, they appear to offer a robust opinion on matters relating to health.
I think there will be a shortened version on their website.
It's not directly related to aviation I'm afraid.
