Still no joy getting transferred to Anytime.
Phoned today and spoke to a particularly unhelpful bloke.
"Your computer must be the problem. All our stuff's alright".
"You'll have to re-register, get a new email address and then subscribe to Anytime. Of course you won't get the better discount then".
He said, like the previous 3 people I've spoken to that they'll "forward the complaint to Head Office", but "you might not get any feedback". What a way to run a service!!!
