what a monumental cock up this whole fiasco has become.just goes to show what incompetent,blinkered idiots make decisions that impact so greatly on our lives,with scant regard for the consequenses for anyone involved,other than themselves and their bonuses.this deal was doomed from day 1,the ba pension issue was always going to be a huge obstacle for flybe to inherit.I still cannot believe that willie walsh and his team were so convinced this deal was in the bag back in november.only goes to show you need no ability whatsoever to be chief executive of a major organisation...no wonder china is doing so well.the sooner he heads back to the emerald isle the better !!
