I'm not able to say if Ryanair deliberately goes out looking for cheap labour but their actions (reduced salaries and crap terms & conditions) attracts less British/Irish people than foreigners (in proportion).
Ryanair's exploitation comes through offering reduced salaries which not many British/Irish people can afford due to living in this country. Sorry for being honest.
Correct. A lot of fr cc are being paid substantially less than the minimum wage. Such illegality matters not to ryanair.
