I suffered a similar problem when I first got FS2000. My problem was something to do with corrupted registry entries. The way I got it back running was when re-installing FS2000, to not use the same folder that the original setup was loaded in. When it asks which folder you want FS2000 loaded into, enter c
fs2000 rather than the c
program files\microsoft games\fs2000. The setup program will ask if you would like to create that new folder, to which you click yes.
This may not be your problem, and I am certainly no computer wiz, but it is worth a go. Good luck!
