Mate, wake up. it's good if they leave, it may make things better for those of us that stay. Cx needs every single one of us and they know it. So if you want to improve your Cos this is
"market forces", "supply and demand" at work.
If they left for a better job ( UPS FEDEX SWA ) then bloody good on em, if they left because they didn't like the rest of us here or they way we do business then good riddence to em, we are better off without their crap.
