Boeing cockpit colour
Can anyone explain the reason why some Boeings (756 and 7's) sport a brown coloured cockpit, while the 73 generations sport a grey cockpit, come to think of it what about the blue or sometimes purple coloured cockpit in the MD-80's. Does it have to do with the contrast of the instruments and flat panels, or is it some other ergonomic design ? Thanks in advance.
