flybeeee.. are you living in the real world, or are you IC in disguise? EVERYONE I know working for flybe are getting absolutely p!ssed off with constant roster changes, threatening phonecalls if they don't toe the company line, if someone voices the opinion that the want to leave and give their resignation, they are threatened with legal action if the 3 months notice they give does not begin at 1st of the month, if they decide after the threat that they will rescind their decision, they get dropped to the bottom of the seniority list, and any promised promotions/jet positions are removed,etc etc etc!
Perhaps the Devon air is clouding your judgement... if it wasn't as bad as everyone else makes out, then flybe would not be suffering from such dire crew shortages!
They wouldn't need to plaster adverts all over airports begging for crews, encase Flight International in an advertising bag, have multiple adverts on the flybe sales website offering jobs, be offering bounties to existing crews to fool friends into joining, have handouts included in local news rags offering jobs, etc etc etc!!!!
It smacks just a little of desperation.
