well i used to top up my skype using Credit card from UAE and since 8 mounthes that was not possible .
skype bad support ..... we are sorry try alternetive payment method
afther that they blocked skype site alsow skype support cant afford alternitive site ...
then i had to use Ukash card ,,, u cant belive that !!!!
i had to pay 15 % VAT
coz i had to chang my address to UK to use that payment method
..they offer it to some EUROP countrys only ...
finaly i tryed moneybookers it's very good but stell i have to paypass the
skype site
so all of u who are located in EUROP countrys had to pay that 15% VAT
unless u change ur locations
