There was an article recently in the Gulf News (a very very credible and unbiased news service
) that Etisilat 'The sole telecomunication provider in the UAE' may relax its policy on VOIP etc. We'll see. But I might add even Telstra and a few other major government sponsored operations around the world have mooted blocking VOIP but love to see them try.
