I have been using for several months now izone. Its a proxy thats external to Etisalat and you can use VOIP as it has
no blockers on VOIP or any other sites for that matter. Go to Virgin and buy the izone card, I think it's about 200 Dhms for 1 year, its fast and uses an external proxy which means you go through IT and not EtimoneyGRABs server = problems solved!!
