Being paid monthly and being able to leave on that basis is absolute tosh. There is nothing in european legislation that allows that
Notice times for both parties are dependant on contract of employment in our case QR's
In civvie street if you have worked for a company for more than a set amount of time, I think it is 7 years, then by law the Minimumn notice they can give you to leave is 90 days!!!
