that was exactly the scenario I was warning of when the BACON BALPA website coincidentally was accidentally deleted!
How can someone who is licking their lips at the prospect of a command on the RJ be able to actively defend the T&Cs of those going to flybe?
I wouldn't go for the payrise just yet... it's always handy to have the insurance policy just in case, and you want the BALPA numbers up in the new company too.
Nice to be out of the sh!t, but I hope it all works out for the guys stuck behind.
