www.flightsim.com and register, it's free, but you may have to wait to get on at busy periods as they do a subscription service too, and then you will find literally thousands of files to download, paintchemes, cockpits, airports. landscapes the works, some of them are stunning.

There are literally hundreds of dash 8 files, cockpits, models,schemes, the full works and virtually every airline scheme you could think off all for FREE.....with installation instructions, had a quick look for you
